Role: As a Technical Production Systems Analyst, I lead the delivery and management of MacEwan University’s Course Information Management System (CIM) and Academic Calendar. My role ensures seamless system operations, data integrity, and content accuracy for course catalogs and academic programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Academic Calendar & Course Information Management System (CIM) to support curriculum updates and program changes.
- Manage system configurations, data workflows, and content publication to maintain accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with faculty, registrars, and IT teams to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely updates and seamless integration of course information within the university’s digital ecosystem.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and implement process improvements.
